With my analytical, programming and project management skills, I was able to bring 70% reduction in open issues and was awarded a ‘Letter of Appreciation’ for the significant improvement in business. I have also saved approx. $100,000 per year for optimizing a critical inflow transaction of the order management tool for AT&T.
